Pilot Cohort · Limited Seats
The AI Haven · For Women Business Owners

Use AI like it's always been part of the team.

A 3-month pilot cohort for women business owners who are ready to stop wondering about AI — and start using it.

In twelve weeks, you'll move from AI-curious to AI-fluent — with the tools, the workflows, and a real feel for how to use AI in whatever way actually fits your business. No jargon. No overwhelm. A warm, small group of women figuring this out together.

The Promise

You don't need to become a tech person. You need a warm, practical guide who'll sit next to you until this actually clicks.

AI isn't a future thing. It's a right-now thing — and the women who figure it out in the next year are about to get a very unfair advantage in their businesses.

The problem isn't that AI is hard. The problem is that almost everyone teaching it is either speaking to engineers or selling a course they never open. You need something in the middle. Something warm. Something taught by a woman who has built this in her own business — and knows exactly where you're about to get stuck because she got stuck there first.

The AI Haven Cohort is that middle. Three months of live sessions, real build work, and the kind of hand-holding that turns "I kind of get it" into "I use this every single day."

You Are Here

If any of this sounds like your inner monologue — you're exactly who this is for.

Women business owners are smart, resourceful, and spread thin. You've already tried. You've got 14 tabs open right now. Here's where most women land before they walk in the door.

01
"I've played with ChatGPT. It's fine. But I know I'm only scratching the surface." You can sense there's a whole universe behind the thing everyone is talking about — and you don't want to miss it.
02
"Every YouTube video I watch assumes I already know things." The jargon, the acronyms, the "just build an agent" throwaway lines. You need someone to actually slow down.
03
"I'm drowning in work a good assistant could handle." Email, content, proposals, onboarding, customer service. You just need something — or someone — to take it off your plate.
04
"I don't want another self-paced course I'll never finish." You've bought the $297 thing before. You need accountability, a real human, and a room full of women figuring this out with you.
The 3-Month Curriculum

Three months. Three phases. One clear shape — built to flex to the room.

Month 1 gets you fluent with the tools. Month 2 applies them directly to your business. Month 3 is where AI stops being something you use and starts being something that fits how you work. What we explore inside each phase shifts based on where the cohort actually needs to go — that's the whole point of a small group. Here's the shape, not the script.

01
Month 1
Tool Fluency
From "AI curious" to genuinely comfortable with the tools everyone keeps talking about.

We start with the landscape. What are all these tools? Which ones actually matter for a woman running a small business? We'll go deep on the two that will do the bulk of your work — ChatGPT and Claude — and orient you to the supporting cast so no tool you hear about feels unfamiliar again. By the end of the month, using AI every day feels normal.

We'll explore together
  • The AI landscape — what matters, what to ignore
  • ChatGPT fundamentals and everyday workflows
  • Claude fundamentals and where it shines
  • When to reach for which tool
  • Prompting in your voice (not a robot's)
  • Supporting cast: NotebookLM, Perplexity, Whisper, Manus
The order we cover these in shifts based on where the group is. If something clicks fast, we move on. If something needs another session, we give it one.
You walk away with
A prompting approach that feels like you (not a robot), a working mental model of the AI landscape, and real comfort using ChatGPT and Claude day to day.
02
Month 2
Apply to Your Business
Point the tools at the work that's actually eating your week.

This is where the tools stop being interesting and start being useful. We'll take the same AI you now feel comfortable with and aim it directly at the parts of your business that have been draining your calendar. Every woman's business is different, so we work through the frameworks as a group and you adapt what fits yours. The goal: real movement on real work — not hypothetical exercises.

We'll explore together
  • Productivity and admin work
  • Marketing and content assets
  • Client-facing work: proposals, onboarding, FAQs
  • Turning repeat tasks into AI workflows
  • Building real assets on your actual business
  • Finding what fits YOUR business (not someone else's)
A "bring your real use case" session lives inside this phase so the cohort can build on each other's businesses together — that's where the biggest "aha" moments tend to happen.
You walk away with
AI working on the real parts of your business — productivity, content, client experience — plus a library of actual assets built for your actual business, not a demo one.
03
Month 3
Make AI Your Own
Shape AI around how you actually work — so it fits you, not the other way around.

The final month is where AI stops being something you use and starts being something that fits how you run your business. We'll explore the more advanced pieces — Projects, Skills, agents, light automations — not as things you have to build, but so you understand what's possible and can decide what's worth your time. The goal isn't a checklist of deployed tools. It's confidence, fluency, and a clear sense of what to do next.

We'll explore together
  • Projects and Skills (AI that remembers your business)
  • Agents — what they are and how they could fit
  • Light automations that connect your tools
  • How to stay current as AI keeps evolving
  • Demo day — share what you built and where you're headed
  • Your own plan for life after the cohort
How deep we go on agents and automations depends on the cohort. Some groups get excited and go deep; others prefer to polish the fundamentals. Both are right answers.
You walk away with
AI integrated into how you actually work, real comfort choosing when and how to use it, and a clear plan for staying ahead as the tools keep changing.
How a Session Works

Every other week, one two-hour session — plus the prep that makes it stick.

Most courses teach and then send you home. That's why nothing ever lands. Here, every session flows through the same four-part rhythm — lesson, build together, you try, Q&A — and you leave with a small piece of prep work for the off-week. Biweekly cadence is intentional. Busy women need breathing room, and the off-week is where the play actually happens.

The 30 · 30 · 30 · 30 Rhythm
120 minutes, four parts, plus an off-week to play.

Build Together30
You Try30
Q&A30
30 min · Lesson

Carrie teaches the topic in plain, normal-human English. No jargon. No assumed knowledge. You can stop her any time.

30 min · Build Together

Carrie demos applying it live. Screens shared, group following along, watching what good looks like in real time.

30 min · You Try

Now you take what we just built and apply it to YOUR business. With only ten women on the call, Carrie is right there for questions as you work — share your screen, drop a chat, raise a hand. This is where it locks in.

30 min · Q&A

Every question anyone has. Nothing is too basic. Nothing is skipped. And we'll run past the 30 if that's what it takes — no one leaves the call with a question still in her head.

Between Sessions · The Off-Week
Every session ends with a small piece of prep — something to bring to the next class. A doc. A logo. A client problem. A prompt you tried that didn't work. Nothing crushing — just enough to make you play with what you learned. The off-week is where the real learning happens. Sessions are where we make sense of it.
What's Included

A full operating system for learning AI in public — together.

Live sessions are the core. Everything else is built to make sure what we cover on the call actually shows up in your business by Friday.

6 Live Group Sessions

Biweekly 2-hour workshops with Carrie using the 30/30/30/30 rhythm. Recorded so you never miss one.

Private Cohort Channel

A shared, private space where Carrie and the cohort connect between sessions. Ask a question, share a win, post a prompt you're stuck on.

Phase Check-Ins

At the end of each phase we pause as a group — what clicked, what's still fuzzy, where to go next. The program flexes to what the cohort actually needs.

Hands-On Builds Together

We build real things as a group during class — prompts, assets, and workflows — using your actual business, not a hypothetical one.

"Bring This" Prep Work

Every session ends with a clear prep list for next time — a doc, a logo, a client issue. The off-weeks are where you actually play with what you learned.

90-Day Cohort Channel Access

The private cohort channel stays open for 90 days after graduation so the group can keep sharing wins, prompts, and questions with each other.

Fit Check

This is a small pilot. Fit matters more than headcount.

The AI Haven pilot is capped at 10 women. Carrie personally reviews every application to make sure each seat is someone who will genuinely get value — and give feedback that makes the next version of this program even better.

✓ This is for you if
  • You're a woman running a business — solo, with a small team, or scaling up.
  • You've played with ChatGPT or Claude a little — enough to know there's more there.
  • You're allergic to jargon and want someone to explain things like a normal human.
  • You learn best when there's a room, a schedule, and someone to hold you accountable.
  • You want to actually use AI — not just understand it conceptually.
  • You're ready to commit 3–5 focused hours per week for three months.
✗ This probably isn't for you if
  • You're already building AI agents and just want someone to review your Python.
  • You want to sit back and watch pre-recorded videos on your own schedule.
  • You're not running a business yet and just want general AI literacy.
  • You're looking for a one-time consult, not a three-month commitment.
  • You want Carrie to build it all while you watch (that's a done-for-you service, not this).
Pilot Investment

What Being a Pilot Member Means

Being first comes with a simple agreement.

The pilot price is real — and so is the trade. In exchange for getting the program at half off, here's what I'll ask of you. Nothing scary. Nothing hidden. Just the handshake that makes a pilot a pilot.

The Pilot Handshake

By joining the pilot cohort, you're agreeing to four things — and that's it. If any of these feel uncomfortable, the pilot isn't the right fit and that's okay. A future non-pilot cohort will be.

  • 01
Sessions can be recorded. Every live class is recorded so members can rewatch — and so clips can be used to build the next version of the program. Your business details are never shared publicly without your permission.
  • 02
You'll give honest feedback along the way. Short check-ins at the end of each phase. Brutal honesty encouraged — that's the whole point. If something isn't working, I want to know.
  • 03
You show up. Pilot cohorts only work when the women in them commit. Live attendance when possible, recordings watched promptly when not. The cohort is a room, not a library.
  • 04
If you love it, you'll write a testimonial. At the end, if the program genuinely worked for you, you'll write a short testimonial I can use to tell other women what this is. If it didn't work — I want to know that too, privately.
Questions, Answered

You probably have a few very good questions.

If yours isn't here, the application form has a spot for it — or email carrie@greenhavenai.com and Carrie will answer personally.

Why is this just for women?
Because the room matters. The AI Haven Cohort is a small group of women figuring this out together — and the way women business owners ask questions, share wins, and support each other through learning something new is a core part of what makes this work. Carrie runs other educational offerings that are open to everyone. This one's intentionally not.
How much time do I actually need each week?
Plan on about 3–5 hours every other week. Sessions meet biweekly on Thursdays at 1pm CT — that's one 2-hour live class plus a small piece of prep to bring to the next session. The biweekly rhythm is intentional: busy women need breathing room between sessions to actually play with what they learned, and the off-week is where the real learning sticks.
I'm a total AI beginner. Is this going to be too advanced?
No — the first month is specifically built to bring you up to speed without making anyone feel talked down to. If you can send an email and open a Google Doc, you have every skill you need to start. If you're further along, the second and third phases will stretch you plenty.
I'm not sure I'm ready for a 3-month commitment. Is there something smaller I can try first?
Yes. Carrie runs a $29 Intro to AI for Business Owners workshop — a single live session that introduces the major AI tools and how small business owners are actually using them. It's the low-commitment way to get a feel for Carrie's teaching style before committing to the cohort. Email carrie@greenhavenai.com to be notified when the next one goes on the calendar.
What if I miss a live session?
Every session is recorded and posted within 24 hours, along with a quick written summary of what we covered. You can also drop missed-session questions into the cohort channel any time. The only session we really hope you attend live is graduation.
Is this virtual or in-person?
Fully virtual, so you can join from anywhere. Live sessions happen on Zoom every other Thursday at 1pm CT, starting June 25. Community and resources live in a private online space. In-person cohorts are something Carrie is exploring for 2027, but for now we meet online.
Will the tools I learn still work a year from now?
The tools will evolve — that's the point. This cohort teaches you frameworks and habits, not just button-clicks. By the end, you'll have a way of working with AI that adapts as the tools do, plus a clear approach for staying current without drowning in the firehose.
Can I expense this or write it off?
For most small business owners, yes — professional education for your business is typically deductible. We'll send a clean receipt. (Talk to your CPA for specifics.)
What's your refund policy?
If you attend the first session and decide it's not the right fit, email Carrie within 14 days of kickoff and she'll refund you in full — no hard feelings. After that, we're all-in together. (Pilot cohorts need committed members to work, so that's a firm line.)
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. The standard plan is 3 monthly payments of $175. If you need a longer plan, mention it on the application — Carrie is happy to work with you.
What happens after I apply?
Carrie personally reviews every application within 2 business days. If it looks like a fit, she'll reach out to schedule a short 20-minute fit chat — not a sales pitch, just a quick conversation to make sure you're landing in the right cohort for you. (The cohort itself is all group-based; this is just an application conversation before we start.)
One Last Thing

The door is open. Come on in.

Ten seats. Twelve weeks. One version of your business that finally runs the way you've always wanted it to.
